As SVP, Orthodontics, Eric Conley leads Envista’s Spark Clear Aligner and Insignia businesses, which help doctors provide cutting edge, tailored solutions to patients.

Eric joined Envista in 2020 as SVP & President of Digital Orthodontics. He joined Envista with more than 20 years of experience leading venture-backed start ups in the enterprise software space as well as established businesses at Danaher Corporation and Fortive Corporation. At Danaher and Fortive, Eric led businesses in the medical device and test & measurement spaces.  In January 2018, he became President of Fluke Industrial Group, the leading test & measurement brand in the industrial space. Prior to Danaher, Eric founded and served as CEO of Mixed Signals, Inc. and held senior leadership roles at another venture-backed start up prior. Eric started his career in corporate finance and private equity at The Irvine Company and Penske Capital Partners, respectively.

Eric and his wife have two children and split time between Seattle and southern California. He is an avid skier and enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his family. He serves on the executive committees and boards of Seattle Children’s Museum and American Red Cross. He holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College.
