He leads the product development efforts of a 15-person cross-functional team, which introduced eight products to market in a 12-month period across 2022 and 2023. In fact, almost 50% of the Orascoptic products that customers purchase today didn't exist 16 months ago.

A moment with Customer Centricity winner Alberto Neves

When Alberto Neves joined our team more than 16 years ago, he had no idea how much he would love working with our technology and customers. As a Technical Specialist for our diagnostics brand, DEXIS, Alberto supports and trains customers virtually and in person, makes repairs, and develops new systems. With an engineering background, Alberto has always been intellectually curious and has a penchant for solving puzzles. But he gets the most professional satisfaction working with our customers.

Thursday, November 11th, marks Veterans Day in the United States – a time to honor all who have served in the Armed Forces. We view this day as a time to reflect, support, and thank our Veterans for their courage, commitment, and sacrifice. Per the United Nations, we have more than 1.1 billion girls under the age of 18 who will become the largest generation of leaders and the source of power, energy, and creativity. Today, as a mother, and as a woman, I want to briefly share my story, and how much International Day of the Girl Child means to me.

Alessandra Bufo, Director Kerr Consumables Western Europe, has  been  with  Kerr  for  6 years. Alessandra was inspired to work in sales because of her desire to win and help customers. Working at Envista was inspiring to her because she was fascinated with the continuous improvement mindset, innovative ideas being put into action, and the overall culture at Envista.

Brindy Kartchner, Director, Clinical Field Operations, stepped into a role that was outside of her comfort zone. As she began her career with Envista almost 3 years ago, Brindy felt "a tinge of fear of the unknown and a level of uncertainty" which inspired her to run toward the position with confidence.

Amy Cyman, Digital Solutions Specialist, has been with Spark for 2 years. Before joining Spark, Amy worked as a Sales Representative for Ormco from 2007 to 2014. When joining Spark in 2019, Amy shared that she was excited to be back because "the culture and community here is like no other and I am so excited to be back 'home' in my element".
